Data we collect

When you complete the contact form we collect your name, your email address and, if you provide them, your phone number, the name of your club or organisation, the estimated quantity and the content of your message.

We collect no payment data on this site and we use no advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

How we use it

This information is used only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and follow up your order. It is never sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.

Your messages are handled by IODSPORT and by the PRINTEX group, which operates the workshop and the sales mailbox [email protected].

Retention

Quote enquiries are kept for three years from the last contact and then deleted. Documents relating to an invoiced order are kept for ten years, in line with the accounting obligations that apply in Morocco.

Your rights

Under Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have a right of access, rectification and objection concerning your data.

To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. We reply within thirty days.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Form data travels encrypted and is stored on our servers with access limited to the people handling sales follow-up.
